一、有的教师仅仅只是把这个职业看成一份工作，用来养家糊口。这样一来，对教师本人来说，是不存在什么发展规划的。众所周知，教师本身而言，只要成不了名师，工资也就是那样，和你厉不厉害没有关系。

二、一般而言的发展，无非就是学习教育教学理论，研究新的教法学法，增加自身的知识储备等。但这样的教师有多少呢？教师不是教育专家，特别是一线教师，工作已经很苦了，很少会有教师能在工作之余还提高自己。

三、教师的地位低下。一般而言，大部分教师在遇到麻烦时候都是弱势的一方。出现安全事故、家长闹事等，被批评处理要求道歉啥的都是教师。在一个毫无地位可言的工作上时，没有发展规划也是正常的。
