My healthy lifestyle

I think I'm very healthy.Because I have a healthy lifestyle.I often exercise.It helps me keep in good healthy.I eat fruit every day.I love vegetables and eat them three times a week.And I usually drink milk.I sometimes drink coffee.I eat junk food about once a week.I always get up early.And I never smoke.

My busy day

Yesterday I got up late, because my alarm clock didn’t go off. By the time I woke up, it was 10 o’clock. I rode my bike to school. By the time I got to school, I realized it was Sunday today. Then I went to my friend’s home and talked with her. I ate dinner with my grandparents. In the end I got home watched TV, late on, I went to bed.

My new years resolution

My new years resolution is very very brife.only three piece of advice .one ; get good grade ,at next. now,hardstudy ..asfor ,goodgoodstudy,,day day up ,,my math isnot good,,so i can practise everyday ,then i am eating more vegetables and going to exercise more to keep fit next , i am going to take guitar lessons .because i really love music .so guitar .i love too ,these are my new years resolution s i hope itis, reality ,but,,realityneed my hard ,i think i can successful.

My school trip

Last Sunday, my classmates and I went for a field trip. We went to the park by bike. We all wore bicycle helmets. I think it’s good exercise, and it’s good for our health.. I like bicycling very much. At 9 o’clock, we got to the park. We saw a lot of flowers and animals. The flowers there were very beautiful. There are many kinds of animals, too. We had a good time.
